  • “Reseller” refers to an individual/business purchasing our white-label services for resale.
  • “End-User” refers to the clients of our resellers who utilize our services.
  • “White-Label” refers to services that resellers rebrand and sell under their own name.
  • “Subscription” refers to any time-based service plan.
  • “Source Code” refers to software files provided for self-hosted solutions.

3. Eligibility to Use Services

✅ You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or resell our products.

✅ You agree to provide accurate business details during registration.

✅ You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

✅ You cannot resell our services to fraudulent or illegal businesses (e.g., spam, scams, fake promotions).

4. Reseller Rights & Responsibilities

As a reseller, you get:

🔹 100% White-Label Ownership: Your branding, pricing, and domain.

🔹 Unlimited Customers & Resellers: Sell services without restrictions.

🔹 No Revenue Sharing: All earnings belong to you.

However, you must:

❌ Not use misleading advertisements while reselling our services.

❌ Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal practices.

❌ Ensure end-users follow ethical usage (e.g., no spam messaging, no illegal content).

5. Services & Pricing

  • Pricing varies based on the selected reseller plan (Starter, Business, Enterprise).
  • All services provided under white-label solutions are subject to fair usage policies.
  • Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice Call services must comply with DLT regulations & WhatsApp policies.

6. Payments, Refunds & Subscription Renewals

  • Accepted Payments: We accept payments via Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, and CosmoFeed.
  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions must be renewed before expiry to avoid service interruption.
  • Non-Payment Consequence: If a reseller fails to renew, access to services may be permanently disabled.

7. Source Code Purchases

📌 If you purchase source code, the following conditions apply:

✅ You get full control over customization and branding.

✅ We install the source code if opted for installation service.

✅ You are responsible for maintaining your hosting & security.

✅ No resale or redistribution of the raw source code is allowed.

⚠️ No Refund Policy: Once the source code is delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or modifications can be requested.

8. Support & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

📞 Support Available: Email, WhatsApp, and Direct Call (as per your reseller plan).

🕒 Response Time:

  • Starter Plan: 24-48 hours
  • Business Plan: 12 hours
  • Enterprise Plan: 4 hours

⚠️ Support Exclusions: We do not cover issues caused by:

  • Server misconfigurations on third-party hosting
  • Modifications made to the source code
  • Integrations done by third-party developers

9. Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

🚫 You may NOT use our services for:

  • Spam, misleading marketing, or illegal activities.
  • Mass messaging or automation in violation of WhatsApp or DLT guidelines.
  • Sending politically sensitive, abusive, defamatory, or unethical content.

📢 We reserve the right to suspend services if a reseller is found violating our policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All branding, website content, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of TheReseller.co unless otherwise stated.
  • Resellers cannot claim authorship or ownership of our core software unless purchasing source code.
  • Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale may lead to legal action.

11. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

Some services integrate with third-party providers (e.g., WhatsApp API, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). By using these services:

✅ You agree to the third-party’s respective Terms & Conditions.

✅ We are not responsible for any downtime, security breach, or API restrictions set by third-party vendors.

12. Data Privacy & Security
