Eligibility Requirements & Account Management
Age & Legal Capacity
All users must be at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Indian law. Corporate entities must have proper authorisation from designated representatives.
Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate KYC documentation, GST registration details, and domain/hosting access credentials. Maintaining updated information is your ongoing responsibility throughout the service period.

Critical Responsibility: You bear complete responsibility for safeguarding login credentials and monitoring all activities conducted under your account. Unauthorised access must be reported immediately to our support team.

Pricing Structure & Payment Terms
Pricing Framework
Transparent pricing per plan or custom quotations. GST and applicable taxes are additional charges calculated according to current Indian tax regulations and your business location.
Payment Methods
Multiple secure payment options including Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, net-banking, credit/debit cards, and other pre-approved payment methods for your convenience.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions must be renewed before expiry dates to prevent service interruption. We may update pricing with changes applying to subsequent billing terms unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy & Cancellation Terms
Digital Product Nature
Due to the inherent characteristics of digital/SaaS products, all payments are non-refundable once services are delivered and activated on your systems.
